The Xiaomi CIVI 3 is Xiaomi’s latest smartphone, launched in May 5 in China. This is a high-end mid-range device, with a beautiful design, powerful configuration and many outstanding features.
According to GSMArena, Xiaomi CIVI 3 has a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen, Full HD + resolution, Dolby Vision support, HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1000 nits.
This screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and integrates a fingerprint sensor under the screen.
Inside, the Xiaomi CIVI 3 is equipped with a Mediatek Dimensity 8200 processor (4nm), which has eight cores with a peak clock speed of 3.1 GHz and a Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. This is a high-performance chip that supports 5G SA/NSA and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.
Xiaomi CIVI 3 comes in three memory versions: 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. All use the UFS 2.2 standard and do not have a memory card slot.

In terms of cameras, Xiaomi CIVI 3 has three rear cameras including: 50 MP, f / 1.8 main camera, has a large sensor size (1/1.49 inch) and supports phase-detection autofocus (PDAF); 20 MP, f/2.2 wide-angle camera, 115-degree viewing angle; and a 2 MP, f/2.4 macro camera.
The rear camera of the Xiaomi CIVI 3 can record 4K@30fps or Full HD@120fps video, has electronic stabilization (gyro-EIS) and has a dual LED flash.
On the front, Xiaomi CIVI 3 has two selfie cameras including: 32 MP, f / 2.0 main camera, has a large sensor size (1/2.8 inch) and supports autofocus (AF); and a 32 MP wide-angle camera with a 100-degree viewing angle.
The selfie camera of the Xiaomi CIVI 3 can also record Full HD@60fps video and has a dual LED flash.
Xiaomi CIVI 3 runs Android 13 operating system with Xiaomi’s MIUI 14 interface. The device has a 4500 mAh battery, supports 67W wired fast charging via USB Type-C port. In addition, the Xiaomi CIVI 3 has NFC, an infrared port, a stereo speakerphone, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
